Ordering and Shipping Policies
Ordering:

For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card as well as PayPal. We do not accept any other credit card. |

For mailed payments, we accept the above
credit cards, as well as check or money order in U.S.
dollars made payable to "Light The Fire Within".
Please do not send cash. Please include your complete
mailing address with your payment (No post office
boxes). For orders not processed online,
allow an additional 2 weeks for shipping from
the time we receive your order. |

Available products ship within 24 hours on business
days, Monday through Friday. There is no processing
of orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays. |

All Express orders placed after 2:00 p.m. PST will
ship the following business day. |

We do not ship C.O.D. Returned checks are subject
to a $25.00 service charge or the maximum allowed
by law. In addition, collection costs and all penalties
permitted by the law will also be assessed. |

Please allow one extra day for orders requiring
personalized embossing. |

Shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed.

for shipping delays due to bad weather or the United States Postal Service (USPS)

We ship orders by United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges are based on current USPS
rates as calculated by our shopping cart. Please allow
7 to 14 days. The standard shipping schedule provided
by USPS will apply. |
For Int'l. Orders:

We ship international orders by United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges are quoted
in U.S. dollars and are based on current USPS rates
as calculated by our shopping cart. The standard shipping
schedule provided by USPS will apply. Please allow
3 to 5 days for processing in addition to the standard
shipping schedule provided by USPS. Duties and taxes
vary by country and are the responsibility of the
customer. |
Return Policy:

Items are returnable in resaleable condition
within 30 days of the shipping date. |

We are not responsible for shipping damage. We pack
all items carefully. |

When returning an item, please include a copy of
the return

Once we inspect and approve the return, a refund
